Tres leches

Tres leches, un postre clásico latinoamericano, es un pastel húmedo y delicioso empapado en tres tipos de leche: leche evaporada, leche condensada azucarada y leche entera o crema espesa. Esta trifecta de leches crea una textura deliciosa e indulgente, haciendo de cada bocado una experiencia celestial.

INGREDIENTES:

Para el bizcocho:

3 huevos1 taza de azúcar1 taza de harina1/4 de taza de leche3 cucharaditas de impulsor químico (polvo de hornear)1/2 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla

Para las leches:

740 grs. de leche condensada (un bote grande)410 grs. de leche evaporada200 ml de nata para cocinar (18% de materia grasa)

para decorar:

300 ml de nata para montar (mínimo 35% de materia grasa)

PREPARACIÓN:

Precalienta el horno a 200º C. Enmantequilla y enharina un molde alto de bizcocho. Reserva.

En un cuenco, bate los huevos hasta que hagan espuma y dupliquen su volumen. agrega, siempre batiendo, el azúcar, la leche, la vainilla y finalmente la harina cernida con la levadura.

Mete al horno, baja la temperatura hasta 180ºC y hornea de 25 a 30 minutos.

Cuando el bizcocho esté listo, mezcla en una jarra o cuenco las tres leches. Pincha el bizcocho todavía caliente con un cuchillo y agrégale las leches dándole tiempo a que las absorba. Finalmente, monta la nata a punto de nieve y decora.
