Panecillos Caseros

Panecillos Caseros 🍞

Los panecillos caseros son un complemento reconfortante y versátil para cualquier comida. Estos panecillos suaves y esponjosos están hechos con ingredientes simples como harina, levadura, agua, sal y un toque de azúcar.

Ingredientes:

570 g de harina de trigo
1 cucharada de azúcar
1 cucharadita de sal
8 g de levadura seca
360 ml de agua tibia
1 huevo + 1 clara de huevo
20 ml de aceite vegetal
semillas de sésamo

Instrucciones:

Combine la harina, el azúcar, la sal y la levadura.
Agregue agua tibia y mezcle para formar una masa.
Amasar la masa, luego agregar aceite y amasar hasta que quede suave.

Dividir en 12 partes, tapar y dejar reposar durante 20 minutos.

Colóquelo en una bandeja para hornear forrada con papel pergamino.

Tapar y dejar reposar en un lugar cálido durante 30 minutos.

Mezcle la yema de huevo y 2 cucharaditas de leche y unte los panecillos.

Espolvorea con semillas de sésamo.
Hornee a 180°C (356°F) durante 20-25 minutos.
