PECHUGAS DE POLLO AL LIMÓN

PECHUGAS DE POLLO AL LIMÓN

Las pechugas de pollo al limón son una creación culinaria deliciosa y picante que combina la ternura del pollo con los sabores brillantes y picantes del limón.  Este plato es una opción perfecta para quienes buscan una comida fresca y vigorizante.

Ingredientes

1 pechuga de pollo entera
Sal al gusto
Pimienta negra molida al gusto
50 g de harina
1 cucharada de aceite de oliva
50 ml de vino blanco
2 dientes de ajo
2 o 3 ramas de tomillo
250 ml de caldo de pollo
2 limones

Preparación:

1. Cortamos la pechuga en dos y la limpiamos de grasa

2. Salpimentamos las pechugas y las pasamos por harina

3. Cocinamos las pechugas por ambos lados para sellarlas

4. Vertemos el vino y dejamos que se evapore

5. Añadimos los ajos picados, unas ramas de tomillo y el caldo de pollo

6. Exprimimos un limón y lo colamos para añadirlo a las pechugas al limón

7. Cocinamos las pechugas con la salsa y con unas rodajas de limón

8. Servimos las pechugas de pollo al limón calientes con la salsa por encima
